Trace 01 Paid discovery: map the actual workflow, find what's automatable, scope it honestly. Credited toward a build if you proceed within 30 days.
Fold 02 A single scoped automation, built and tested against real data. One workflow, one system.
Deep Fold 03 A multi-system build — several integrations working together. Always scoped via Trace first.
Loop 04 Ongoing operation of what's already built — monitoring, fixes, small changes. Light or Active tiers depending on how much is running.
